Provide through trained personal psychological, emotional and spiritual assistance and therapies, whether individual or in groups for the support of the child, the young person, the adult and the family within the spaces that the association occupies, impelling the knowledge, understanding, improvement and quality of life of the individual, as well as the surrounding environment.
From psychotherapy, accompanying patients in their process of transformation, fills me with life and energy, it is very satisfying for me to be able to give a little of myself and the little I understand of life, to be able to contribute something different in the people, always with the hope of creating awareness of change. In the way that I can support people, I get resources in material to place the people with whom I contact, to help with something material of constant use, to reuse, (clothes, shoes, etc. .)
In the course of my personal journey and development, I believe that I have been transformed, and I think of being a better version of myself than the day before, on the road of life I have learned to be more tolerant, respectful of my fellow men. , since the world needs love and attention. These are just words that can not explain the wonder of being in the other and being empathetic with the one together. The world and we its people need love in all its forms of expression.
It fills me with satisfaction to help others grow, to develop intellectually and emotionally, especially to all those who, even without having the necessary resources, look for media out of their comfort zone; that is why this Association is born to support those brave people who dare to be better! I love sharing the experience of changing lives ... starting with mine, helping people see things from another perspective so they can free themselves from the emotional burdens that prevent them from enjoying life 100% through different techniques, being aware at all times of the limitations that they may have at the moment, recognizing them, accepting them and letting them go.
I consider it essential to raise awareness about the responsibility that we all have as human beings by being part of a community. I have had the fortune of participating in several altruistic events, mainly aimed at young people and children, this has helped me to understand the importance of a harmonious society in which each one of us is part of an "everything" where each pillar is equal significant and necessary to achieve a symbiosis that has always been so elementary for the subsistence of men and women.
From my perspective, society is living a difficult situation, full of constant highs and lows, that is why I consider it necessary to contribute events generated for the benefit and improvement of it.
I have had the opportunity to participate in other associations of altruistic vision, I was ambassador of Mexico in a cultural exchange made in the 2016-2017 generation by Rotary in Brazil, for which I would like to continue expanding and generating this vision of progress, cooperation and peace to society.
